Release

All photographs taken by LS Models remain the property of LS Models Inc. and may be used on any of our websites for access by paying subscribers. Your signature at the base of this form indicates your release of copyright and your agreement for Larissa to pose for us.

On the day of the shoot

Larissa should have had a bath/shower as soon as possible before the time of the shoot. Please pay particular attention to the area between her legs (her genitals and anus). These need to be as clean as possible. Dress her casually in loose fitting clothes. Please try to avoid tight underwear as these can leave marks on the skin.

Explain to her that she will be posing naked for our photographers and that she will be asked to show her genital areas. Please indicate in the space provided if she has any special words for her sexual areas (e.g. "front bottom", "pinky" etc) as our photographers prefer to use words with which she is familiar;

Where you will be greeted by our reception staff. Our photographers and most members of staff are female. They will put Larissa at her ease so she will not feel embarrassed at showing her private parts to strangers.

She will be taken to the dressing room where she will be able to select a pretty and exciting outfit to wear for the photoshoot. She will also be made-up by our expert make-up artists and have her hair styled by our own hairdressers. She will look so beautiful and grown-up that you will hardly recognise her!

Shaving

During the make up process, we may decide to shave your daughter's pubic hair. This is nothing to worry about, but you may want to warn her of this possibility beforehand. There is a great deal of natural variation in the amount of pubic hair girls have at this age and as our artistic style is for little or no pubic hair, we may decide to shave her once we have seen her naked. This is purely to ensure that her genitals can be seen clearly in the shots. Normal growth should return in two to three weeks.

Poses

Once she is in the studio, Larissa will be under the direction of our photographer who will give her detailed instructions about position, expression and poses. Our photographers are all professionals and are very expert in putting a model at her ease and getting the most out of her. You will be surprised at how much natural acting talent we can unlock!

IMPORTANT - Each photoset will consist of between 100 and 140 photos. The opening shots will be of Larissa fully clothed and she will then be asked to undress for the camera and take up a variety of poses. Once she is naked, our photographer will ask her to pose with her legs open and will need to take photographs of her genitals in extreme close-up. These photos are the hallmark of our quality, but you may think them inappropriate for a girl of your daughter's age. Please study the attched sample photographs of some of our recent models and make sure you are comfortable with them. If you have any concerns about your daughter posing in this way, now is the time to say so. You may back out of the contract should you so wish and no fee will be paid. In our experience, the model herself is always perfectly happy to pose in this way. Furthermore, very few parents object at this stage. Please bear in mind that the fees we offer are dependent on getting photographs of this nature. Other child modelling agencies offer only a tenth of these rates for non-nude work.

AT NO POINT WILL YOUR DAUGHTER BE ASKED TO ENGAGE IN ANY SEXUAL ACTIVITY, NOR WILL ANY MEMBER OF STAFF TOUCH HER INAPPROPRIATELY.

Please note - you may see a small quantity of white fluid oozing from your daughter's vagina in the extreme close-ups. This is perfectly normal and is merely a mucous secretion caused by the involuntary erotic feelings young girls often experience during such an intimate phtooshoot.

In the studio

Parents are welcome to come into the studio to watch the shoot, but they must remain silent and in the area provided for them. They may not signal to the model at any point as this may be distracting. During the later stages of the photoshoot, one or other parent may find the process upsetting in which case he or she can choose to leave the studio to wait in the outer office. We usually find that it is the mother who chooses not to watch the entire shoot whilst the father almost always likes to stay until the end.

Disclosure

After the shoot, we will ask you to sign an agreement of non-disclosure before leaving our premises. This is extremely important and will require you not to discuss the photoshoot with anyone else (even members of your family, or close friends). Our modelling service is confidential and we like to protect our copyrights. Failure to sign this agreement will result in non-payment of the fees stated in your contract and may require legal action from police authorities.

Payments

We will pay a rate of 250 hryvnia per hour of the photoshoot. This amount is calculated on the time taken in the studio itself and does not include dressing and make up time. The total amount will be paid not less than ten days after the end of the photoshoot by cheque to your home address.

Complementary photosets

After the shoot is completed, we will offer you up to five completely free sets of printed photos from your daughter's shoot to keep or stick in your family album. We hope you will feel proud of her first modelling assignment.
