	As superintendent of the Middleton ISD, home of the Battling Beavers,
I am proud to announce the formation of the Middleton Intermediate
School Beautiful Beavers Cheerleading squad.
	Last year with the formation of the UIL athletic league for 5th and
6th graders, we created a full athletic program for the Middleton
Intermediate School including football, basketball, tennis, track and
field, and soccer.  It was suggested that we needed a cheerleading
squad to help lead this community's impressive athletic supporters.
	The Beautiful Beavers will be a squad of 20 girls, 10 from 5th grade
and 10 from 6th.  They will perform at all sporting events and pep
rallies.  They may also perform at some of the junior high and high
school events yet to be determined.
	Miss Anita Boner, the health and biology teacher, will help organize
and train the girls.
	The uniform will consist of standard cheerleading attire.  Girls will
wear cheerleading skirts that come to mid thigh, a knit long sleeve
sweater, shorts, a sports bra, and skin colored tights.
	We are all looking forward to seeing these young Beautiful Beavers
performing in public.

	Thank you for allowing me to organize and train the Beautiful
Beavers.  We have chosen our 20 girls, and they are truly beautiful.
I can't wait until they are first exposed to the public.  We are
working hard at getting these young beavers in shape for the world to
see.
	I do have a couple of concerns about the cheerleader uniform you
described.  It is quite warm at most of our sporting events.  As such,
the tights and sweater that you suggested are simply to warm for our
performances.  I would like to remove the tights completely and change
the top from the sweater to a tank top similar to what our high school
Beautiful Beavers wear.
	Please let me know if that will cause any problems.

discard the tights and the sweaters as you mentioned.

	Of course you may come watch them practice whenever you like.  You
may not be aware of this, but I own the Boner and Beaver Gymnastic and
Cheerleading Training Center downtown.  We practice every morning
before school from 6:30 AM to 7:30AM.
	Although the gym is closed at this time so that we can practice in
privacy, you are always welcome.

	Thank you for letting me watch your Beautiful Beaver cheerleading
practice this morning.  I must say it was quite revealing.  I was
somewhat unprepared for the level of intensity and intimacy involved
in the Beaver workouts.  Is it routine for the girls to practice
without their uniforms?  It appeared that most of the girls were in
panties and tee shirts.  A couple were even topless!
	This concerns me greatly.  Is there a reason that they do not wear
their uniforms during practice?

	I'm glad you came to practice yesterday.  You seemed to really be
enjoying yourself.  Therefore I was a little surprised at the email
that you sent.
	We haven't received our Beautiful Beaver uniforms yet.  However, even
when they arrive, we won't wear them during practice.  Doing so
creates unnecessary wear and tear and could even damage the uniforms.
In addition, most of the girls do not own leotards which are by far
the best outfits to wear during gymnastic and cheerleading practice.
Since we have complete privacy and since panties provide the same
freedom of movement that leotards do, I allow the girls to practice in
them if they are comfortable with that.  Most of the girls do wear tee
shirts, but a couple have asked if they have to.  They complain of
getting too hot.  Again, since we have complete privacy in the Boner
and Beaver Gym, and since these little girls have not yet begun to
develop breasts, at least not much, I've told them they can do so.
	I'm sorry if this disturbed you.  Rest assured, the girls are
enjoying themselves and are quite safe.  I make sure that no leering
perverts are permitted inside.
	Dick, if you feel it is necessary to come supervise the practices
more often, you are welcome.

	Actually I have deeply enjoyed spending my mornings with those
Beautiful Beavers.  Their exercises are quite invigorating.  I have no
problem with the girls practicing in their panties, even though it
seems that virtually all of them have given up wearing tee shirts
altogether.  However, isn't it dangerous for Amber to practice totally
nude?  Where were her underpants?
	I was also quite surprised Friday to see you undress during the
practice in order to demonstrate the routine.  Do you believe it is
appropriate for you, Miss Boner, to perform in nothing but your
panties?

	I'm so glad you've enjoyed the practices.  I hope the coffee you
spilled in your lap Friday comes out in the wash.  I couldn't help but
notice the stain.
	Amber worked out nude the other day because she was wearing a really
nice dress to school with lace panties that were too delicate to
practice in.  They were so thin they would have torn the first time
she did the splits.  Had that happened, she would have been forced to
spend the entire day at school pantiless.  Besides, working out in the
nude is actually quite healthy.  Often bacteria attaches to the little
panties and can cause some real problems.  Exercising nude allows the
air to get into all those moist folds and keeps them fresh.  In fact,
I may begin encouraging more girls to do so.
	I hope I didn't embarrass you by working out with the Beautiful
Beavers.  They sometimes need a demonstration.  I am usually not
dressed to exercise in the mornings.  So, when it is necessary to
demonstrate how a Beaver should perform, I find it much simpler to
simply remove the garments I'm wearing.  Besides, I think it would
make the Beavers quite self conscious if I was uncomfortable
performing in the same outfits that they are wearing.
	That brings me to my next little problem, however.  I've received the
uniforms, and, Dick, they just won't do.  They are all different
lengths and just do not do justice to our little Beavers.  I would
really like to send them back and get a new style that is 10 inches
long.  This will provide a wonderful uniformity and show off our
Beavers to their very best.  I would also like to move away from the
tank top shirts to more of a sports bra style.  I've already discussed
this with the parents and they are all in favor.  Now all we need is
your approval.
	I've also been contacted by the Czech Cheerleading Association.  They
have heard of our program, which evidently is one of the youngest in
the country, and would like to film a documentary.  We will receive
60% of the royalties which could go far towards helping finance our
new basketball stadium.  Please sign the attached form and I'll send
it back to them.

	Attached is the signed contract for the Czech Cheerleading
Association.  I'm not sure how much money a foreign documentary on our
Beautiful Beavers can possibly generate, but I guess every little bit
helps.
	Regarding your dress code during practice, I will leave that in your
capable hands.  You obviously know the best way to handle your little
Beavers better than I do.
	I'm not as sure about the shorter skirts.  Ten inches seems very
small.  However, I suppose if they have the proper undergarments for
performances it will be OK.
	Go ahead and order what you think best.

	The new uniforms have arrived.  Unfortunately the company made a
mistake and sent skirts that are seven inches long instead of ten.
No worries, by sliding them a little lower on the hips they fit each
of the girls fine.  However, it does cause the shorts you required to
be visible which is totally inappropriate.  I would like to remove the
shorts and use a bikini bottom underpants instead.  This will show off
our young beavers in a much better light than wearing the silly shorts
under their skirts.
	The Czech film crew will be at practice tomorrow if you are
interested in attending.

	I was surprised this morning at the number of men in the gym during
the beaver practice.  Were all of them necessary for the documentary
filming?
	I'm also very concerned about the girls practicing nude.  After all,
they are being constantly photographed and videotaped.  How can the
film crew tape the beavers practicing nude?
	As to removing the shorts from the uniforms, initially I was opposed
to the idea, but after watching those young beavers perform this
morning, I've changed my mind.   Yes, you may remove their shorts from
the uniform.

	It is amazing how many people it takes to film a documentary, isn't
it?  Of course, an American film crew would have more women.
Evidently the Czech are not nearly as integrated as we are in
America.  I assure you, all the men are professionals.
	As you've noticed, all the girls have chosen to practice nude, purely
for convenience sake.  It's much easier to come to the gym with only
one set of clothes than it is to lug around dirty old workout clothes
all day long.   Besides, until today it was just us girls - and you,
of course.
	By the way, you really must be more careful with your coffee.  From
the stain on your lap, you must have spilled quite a lot.  I hope you
didn't burn yourself.  Next time, if you think you've burned yourself,
let me know and I can ask one of the girls to rub some ointment on
you.

	Friday is the first pep rally of the year.  Our beautiful beavers are
dripping with excitement on their first performance.  I would like the
girls to wear their uniforms the entire school day.  I assume that
will not be a problem.
	Also, the Czech film crew will be setting up cameras throughout the
school to record the day for their documentary.  The contract you
signed gives them full access throughout the school.  Please provide
whatever accommodation they need.

	I am speechless!
	What were you thinking when you designed those uniforms for the
cheerleading squad?  The skirts hung so low you could see the tops of
their little bottoms! And they still barely covered their crotches!
And the panties!  Ms. Boner, a G string is not a bikini brief!!  And I
would hardly call a red ribbon tied around their chest a sports bra!!
	How could you allow them to parade through the school all day long in
such revealing outfits?  Between classes they were squatting at their
lockers, bending over in the hallways to pick things up.  Amber had
the nerve to bend right over in front of me to pick up the pen that
slipped from my hand.  I almost had a coronary at the sight of those
firm buns peaking out of that ridiculously short skirt!
	I understand the film crew had full access to the building, but can
you possibly explain why they needed to set up cameras in the rest
rooms?  Particularly in the boy's room?  We don't even have any boy
cheerleaders!
	And speaking of the camera crew, why did they have to set up cameras
under the desks?  It doesn't seem like there could have been much to
see down there!
	I must admit, the Beautiful beavers did arouse the crowd during the
pep rally.  I've never heard so much screaming before.  The splits
while doing the handstands were particularly spectacular.  Playing
musical chairs with the football players as the chairs was original
and entertaining.  It looked rather uncomfortable for some of the
boys, however.
	Regardless of how well your beautiful beavers performed, their
outfits were totally inappropriate for this school and completely
beyond the bounds of the school dress code.  We must discuss this
before the next pep rally.

crew for their generosity.  I had no idea that documentaries were so
profitable.
	Superintendent Jungluv has assured me that, as a sanctioned club, the
beautiful beavers are not subject to the school's dress code as long
as they wear an approved uniform.  I assume they will be performing at
the next pep rally.
