First the club rules.

   1. This is a strip club. Any time we are open I expect there to be
at least one dancer on stage at all times. During the day shifts it can
be only one, and during your first dance you can keep your top on.
During night shifts I want 2 on the main stage and one on each of two
side stages.
   2. Only one of the girls one the main stage can have her top on, the
other three must be topless.
   3. There will be no more break songs. I understand that it takes
some time to get from the south stage to the north stage, but do it as
fast as you can.
   4. Do not leave the any stage until your replacement gets there.

Those are the new stage rules. Here is the other big rule:
Any time I am talking business to dancers, they must be nude. This
means at a closed club meeting like this or back in my office. Well?
I'm waiting. If you don't want to strip down, head for that sign over
there that says "Exit". With that, a 3 or 4 of the girls got up and
headed out, but the rest stood up and started stripping down. They are,
after all, strippers, so being nude wouldn't be that big of a deal.

OK, now that we are all ready to talk business, let's talk about the
profit sharing pool. Here is how it works. At the end of each week, 75%
of the net profits of the club is made into the dancer pool. This pools
is shared out based on the total number of profit points you have. The
total number of profit points out standing are added together, and the
money total is divided by that number. The amount you are paid is a
simple multiple of the value of a point and your total points. Let me
give an example here. Let's say that 75% of the clubs profit comes to
$1,000 one week. And because this is "easy math week" there are at
total of 100 points held by the dancers that week. That means that each
point is worth $10.00, and if you had 6 points, you would get an extra
$60.00 that week.
So, how do you get points? It's easy both to get them and to lose them.
Here is the list of ways to get them:

Each full shift you work is good for 2 points.
A "half shift" is worth 1 point.

Those are the easy, any one can do it, no problem ways. Show up, do
your job, get points, get bucks. Easy.

Now, how can you lose points? Well, there is a list of those as well.

Being late for a scheduled shift. Each 15 minutes you are late loses
you one point. That means missing a whole 8 hour day will cost you 32
points. Yeah that means a missed day can really screw you over on your
profit for a while. Moral of the story? Don't miss any days with out
getting it cleared first.

Not giving the DJ your music request in a timely fashion will cost you
5 points per time you do it. As a customer that has bothered me more
than once. Now that I can do something about it, well, I'm going to.

If you aren't ready to go on the stage when your place in the list
comes up, you lose 5 points, each time. Again this is something that
bothers me as a customer and I don't want my dancers doing that.

Now here is the list of things that get checked once a week for points.
If you have breast implants, or an obvious blond dye job, you lose four
point for that week. If both, well, eight points. As you can tell, I
don't like fake tits and I'm not real fond of bottle blonds.

On the other hand if you have nipple rings, tongue piercing, or have a
totally shaved cunt you get three points for each. And yeah, a set of
rings is good for six points. You might guess I'm fond of these. So, if
you have fake tits, I suggest that you get nipple rings installed
before post haste.

Then we have dancing behavior. Wearing a locked collar for a whole
shift is good for 1 extra point for that shift. Doing the whole shift
topless is good for a point. Spending less than 15 minutes total in the
dressing room per shift is good for a point. I want my dancers out here
showing off to customers, not back in the dressing room getting stoned.

All of these options apply to any dancers, regardless of her current
point total.

OK, now lets get into the list of things that really can rack up some
points. While any of dancer can do attempt to get these points,
priority will be to those that have lower or negative point totals. I
also want to add that all of these next options have to be done in one
of the areas that has video surveillance. And yes, I do plan on selling
the tapes.

If I, or any of the male staff cums in your mouth or on your face
that's good for 5 points.
Taking a cock up your ass is good for 4 points. Double if you do an ass
to mouth cum shot or facial.

Licking a dancers or waitress cunt until she cums is good for 3 points.
Don't forget you are doing this on camera.

Doing a shift with a butt plug in place is good for an extra point per
shift.

Now we get into the kinky ways to earn points.
Being strung up and flogged is worth a quarter point per lash on the
back, a half point if on the tits and a full point per lash to the
cunt. You get a 50% bonus on the points if being flogged is what you do
for your set.

Spending a half shift in bondage is good for 4 points. An extra point
if your gagged while in bondage and two extra points if you have nipple
clamps on. 50% bonus if you are tied up out in the public areas. If you
are not in one of public areas you get an extra point each time on of
the other dancers licks your cunt until you cum.

Spending an hour in the men's room as a piss slave is good for 5
points, plus a quarter point per customer that uses your mouth as a
urinal. You also get a full point if some one uses your tongue as
toilet paper.

I will be adding more ways to earn points as times goes on, and if I
start finding areas where I'm having problems with dancers, I'll add
that to the list of ways to lose points as well.

OK then, I want ever one to line up and get the paper work for joining
the profit sharing plan. You will be signing saying that you understand
how you gain and lose points and that you are willing to be part of
this plan. Let me make it clear you do not have to be part of the
profit sharing plan to dance here. You can also join the plan at any
time. If you join the plan you must remain in the plan for at least one
month before you withdraw from it.

I had expected, given what the plan requires of the dancers, to have
most of them decide to not join. What I had forgotten is, that as a
whole, dancers are all about the money. Only 6 of the 53 dancers still
in the club at this time decided to not join the plan. Based on my back
of the envelope calculations on the current profit levels of the club,
assuming an even split (which, I knew wasn't going to happen) each girl
would be getting about $100 each week. Seeing how much degradation I
can get out of these girls is going to be lots of fun.
