"On a Purple Notebook"

I write without my name and it feels good
Without my name I can write what feels good
I write about the secrets that lurk within
Within me lurk the desires I can never say
I write my desires raw and true and it feels good
Raw and true my desires spill from my pen

He gave me a purple notebook
It was ragged from a hundred hands
He gave me a chance to love him if I wanted
Or the chance to love a hundred others.

On a hundred pages were a hundred fantasies
Written in handwritings I recognize
And written in some that I don't.
On a hundred pages were a thousand acts of lust
In a thousand acts of lust were a million secrets never told
Each secret had names of those who were lusted but never the name of 
the one who desired

I read a purple notebook
It was read by a hundred eyes
He gave me the chance to love him if I wanted
Or the chance to be loved by a hundred others

Read those works and quiver.

Confessions were put to paper
Papers told stories of seduction, orgies and pain
Here was a story written by my secret love
There was a story told by one who wanted me
I told a story about him
And then I told a story about her

I wrote in a purple notebook
It was read by six thousand strangers
He gave me the chance to fuck him on paper
