I am happy to announce my return to reviewing as of 4/1/02.

Sorry I've been away from the scene for so long. But getting married will do
that, I suppose. Yes, Lady Cyrrh is now a Mrs. As for Mr. Cyrrh, he's tall,
dark, and handsome, 'nuff said? . :-)  Besides, I think he'd rather avoid the
limelight.

Because I've been away from reviewing for so long (and having other
responsibilities as well) I will not be continuing my weekly story reviews. I
will be reviewing from newsgroups and websites on a monthly or bimonthly basis
instead. Because so many people have full net access now, the newsgroups aren't
as important for news and discussion as they used to be, so I will be probably
getting most of my reviewing material from the net. Please don't send me
stories. Chances are, I won't be able to get to them, and I want to avoid
disappointment on both sides. Reviews of the stories I did from 1997 - 2000 are
still available on my website in the Archive section and will be so
indefinately. I have not answered my email in a long while but will be doing so
now. Because I get so much spam I'd appreciate it if you put (FOR LADY CYRRH)
in the header, in parenthesis.

I will still be searching out the best sex story websites, of all stripes, for
your reading pleasure. I will still be doing website reviews as well. Some
developments I've seen have really impressed me. The sheer silliness and volume
of fanfic, for example. Diana the Valkyrie has pulled out all the stops in her
'strong women' website, and there are technically improved message boards and
forums galore for all manner of fetishes and kinks. The ASSTR site had grown by
leaps and bounds by the efforts of not a few dedicated fans. I am truly blown
away by all the advances that let us find, post, and read erotic entertainment
more easily than ever.

I've also been updating my links, and in the process found out that many fine
writers have gone MIA:

As always, I am appreciative of news and updates concerning websites, webrings,
egroups, ezines, erotic diaries, weblogs, message boards, mailing lists, etc. I
am particularly interested if the ASSM moderators have a web-based BB
somewhere, as the .d newsgroup is annoyingly choked with spam (as I'm sure you
all know.)

I've revamped my website slightly (http://members.aol.com/ladycyrrh) and put up
a new website reiew of fanfiction.net, concentrating on the silly and often
violent rock star slash I've found on there. SMmaster has a bunch of new book
reviews as well. I admit the design of the site is still simple. It's easier
for me to control that way, and takes up less bandwidth. (I'll also admit I've
become disenchanted with the computer field after an C+ programming class left
me in tears.)

So, there you go. Hi to all you regulars -- Uther, Sven, glad to see you're
still posting -- and a big hi to all the newbies. I'll be so there!
