Sitting up with a start I felt the cold wet cloth that someone had put
onto my brow fall into my lap, and then shortly after that I felt it
slide in between my crotch and then onto the seat of the leather sofa
where as luck would have it the damn thing then wedged up against me,
and after a few seconds of contact it then started to chill my balls
something fierce, as the dampness eventually seeped past my underwear,
which was at that point I then woke up enough that I then attempted to
look around the room (with eyes that were only slowly refocusing on the
conscious world around me).

Which was when I then heard this heavily accented voice of an unfamiliar
woman who told me (in a somewhat concerned manner I thought I detected)
to take it easy, which was when I then felt her hands on my chest as she
gently but firmly pushed me back down until I was once again flat on my
back, which was the moment when my vision cleared up enough to let my
eyes inform my still slightly muddled brain tell me that what I was now
seeing was the vision of a stunningly beautiful young woman who was I
saw of obvious Arab decent.

A woman who then stood back up over me as she then looked down upon me
with her hands upon her ample hips which was at that particular moment
when my eyes finished sorting themselves out a I then got a really good
look at all of her, and from what I saw of her one thing that really
stood out in my mind was that she had this really long flowing black
hair (cher hair) that came down to her ass.

And that as well she I noticed right off that she was dressed really
strangely! so much so in fact that from what I could make out of her
costume (as I stared at her pants and shirt) it came to me that they
kinda looked like what a matador in an old fifties movie would have
worn! if that is they had worn woolen garments that had been as well
styled for a womans body! and as well had been topped off with obviously
feminine accessories like an extremely wide (eight or nine inches I
reckoned) clothe belt, which made her small waist seem if anything even
more compacted.

Seeing that I was behaving myself and most likely chalking up the look I
was giving her to something else than my growing horniness (which the
damp cloth was keeping in check or I would have been sporting a two foot
boner) at being so close to her (or she would have used her hands to
slap my face) at which point she then made up her mind about something
as she then turned around (which gave me a clear view of her perfectly

plain enough! and that they had given her the expected responses as she
then promptly withdrew from the room (closing the door behind her) as
she then turned and walked back over to a chair located across from the
sofa that I was currently laying on, (that it seems she had been sitting
in the whole time I had been laying unconscious) at which point she then
picked up a rather large old book, which she then marked and then (as
she was just about to set it down upon the lamp table) I then
unexpectedly heard a door open and then quickly close behind me, which
was when I then turned my head enough to see (to my disappointment) that
it wasn't as I expected dad or even Jill coming to see me but instead it
turned out that it was the last person I had wanted to see namely
Janice!

Who looked just the same as I had last seen her thru the windshield of
the car as it backed down the driveway! except that is it seems she
hadn't even had enough lead time to have changed her cloths before
coming to see me, because as she walked into the room I saw that she was
still dressed in an old sweat stained Tee shirt and well worn bike
shorts that looked like they needed a good washing, at which point she
then walked over me, and after bending over and looking into my face
(with a knowing eye that at that moment strongly reminded me of the look
a doctor would give a small child), at which point she then stood up,
turned around, and walked on over to the chair that the girl was still
standing next to, at which point she then promptly sat down in it
allowing her to now fully facing me and all without uttering one word of
greeting or even concern which seemed more than passing strange to me at
that moment as it seemed she was playing by different rules or customs.

Which at that moment as I stared back at her (and then at the girl) I
recovered enough of my wits to realize that after my little adventure in
the driveway that it was obvious that I was no longer in Orwell (or
Kansas for that matter Toto) because when I broke the silence (as I
didn't know when or if they would) I then had enough presence of mind to
ask her silly questions but instead I asked her where the hell was this
place? and where in the hell was my father and sister at that they
couldn't come and see me?

Noticing a hardness come to her face as if she was bearing some unseen
burden and that I had just made some gaff that made it even worse for
her to bear, I noticed that she then took a deep breath (which seemed to
refocus her on the task at hand) at which point she then started to
speak to me in what at the time I guessed must have been a half assed
prepared speech as she then said to me: ""Well Jack that is a bit
complicated, because you see its not so much a question of just where
the hell you are but its in addition a question of when you are as
well!""!

Looking at me with probing eyes to see if what she had said to me so far
had sunk in she then went on to say "" Being that I have a medical
background and not having much education or interest for that matter in
advanced dimensional physics, I will nevertheless give it my best shot,
so as a result you may have to sometime in the near future need to talk
to an expert to verify or clarify as you wish as frankly trying to
explain fourth, fifth and sixth dimensional events and phenomenon using
second and third dimensional forms of communication is a tough enough
job for a trained expert nevermind for a lay person such as myself""!

literally nightmarish dimensions which to this day we are still
destroying!""

information in deep underground bunkers that one of the tribal states

Looking at her and wondering where in the hell were the men with the
butterfly nets and the rubber ambulance were at, at which point I then
saw a look come to her face that told me that she must have known that I
was (to say the least) unconvinced, as she then turned to the girl who
took the look Janice gave her as her que as she then proceeded to take
over the conversation as she turned to face me as she then said ""Hello
Jack my name is Kesla Anderson and you would I think call me either a
lawyer or a counselor!"" looking at her expectantly as I told her I
understood who she was she then went on to say "" You great grand mother
has hired me to help you through this trail however you decide to play
it, but for now I will have to ask her to leave the room so we may speak
in private which is required under the law"" so saying Janice got up
without speaking one more word and left the room!

Taking the seat now vacated Kesla then went on to say to me as she
leaned foreward as she then put her elbows on her knees while looking at
me sitting across from her ""Its really a very simple choice for you
Jack! because it boils down to you either staying here, and going thru a
series of treatments which will in about five months or so turn you into
a Shemale OR we can either erase your recent memories and send you back
to your native AE!"" looking at me to see if what she was saying was
sinking in she then went on to say ""I won't lie to you Jack both
choices have problems the first choice being to completely change your
whole view of self, while the other choice  will be hard mostly because

simulates their deaths, which we will fake as well as going to the
trouble to implant the event into your mind""

this charade should end now, and that we should stop this whatever it
was so I could go and find my dad and Jill! at which point she then I
recall  looked at me as and sighed deeply at which point she then stood
up and said to nobody in particular ""Well I see that drastic measures
will be needed"" at which point she wet her thumb and then ran it down
the front of her shirt and then onto the wide cloth belt which as I
stood there and looked parted so quickly and cleanly that if I had not
seen them before in their whole state I would have thought that they had
never been joined up at all!

Quickly shedding the two pieces of clothing she then stood before me
naked from the waist up, as my legs gave out on me as I then sat there
watching the gentle motion of her breasts as she slowly breathed in and
out at which point dampness or no dampness I began to get that familiar
