fact; not quite fiction.

"Do you need a second proof for my health? Nowadays I can 'play' with these thoughts. Like in our stories."

Dedicated to the real heroes of this story, one buried in an unmarked grave somewhere in the former Czechoslovakia, and the other, whereabouts unknown, who had the courage to live again

Intercepted mail message, Victoria Wilson, 24 April 1989

Last night I hacked into the computer at Beckensfield. It's scary, you wouldn't believe the stuff they've got. I downloaded some files but then I must have triggered something and they locked me out.

I've arranged the refs as best I could, but you may want to take another look. I'm sure there must be some things I missed.

Missing you so much. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I always cherish our "cross". It binds us in spirit forever.

All my love,

Victoria
