Unauthorized usage of the contained intellectual property shall immediately constitute violation of the read-only agreement, and shall be considered contractual acceptance of a long-term publishing contract between the party of use and Dionysus Media at the rate of $5.00 United States dollars per letter owned by Dionysus Media.

Failure to pay the amount in full of the billed amount shall constitute legal fraud by the offending party, and shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of state, local, and national law.

Failure to notify Dionyus Media of publication shall constitute intent to defraud.

Failure to immediately provide compensation to Dionysus Media shall constitute intent to defraud. Concealment of unauthorized publication, intentional or unintentional, shall constitute intent to defraud. Unauthorized access of website, server, information or unauthorized changes shall constitute intent to defraud.

Individuals directly responsible for intellectual property theft, intent to defraud, and fraud shall be held as responsible as any corporation, business, or enterprise engaged in publication of materials, and shall be held liable for unauthorized reproduction of said material at abovementioned rate of $5.00 United States dollars per letter, in simultaneous conjunction with said corporation.

Simple language and agreement terms:

1. You may ONLY read this material and print one copy for your personal use.

2. Additional copies will be considered to be in violation of this agreement.

3. You may not reproduce material contained within in any fashion without due compensation.

4. Failure to abide by this contract will constitute the legally binding contract between yourself and the Dionysus Media LLC wherein the reproducer of the owned material agrees to pay Dionysus Media LLC the agreed-upon rate of $5.00 United States dollars per written letter so abused in this manner.

5. This click-through agreement extends to all original written and photographed material on this site.

6. This includes other authors' collections and posting within the site. Billings will be mailed monthly

7. To give some sense to the monetary value we place upon our authors' work, reproduction of this agreement in any way, shape or form without express written agreement by Dionysus Media LLC will cost the user precisely $22,500 US Dollars (4,490 letters times $5.00 US Dollars per letter).

8. Authorized publication rates are much more reasonable (all letters within Conditions #8 & #9 provided free of charge).

9. Violating this material will not only get your company charged the amount above, it will also get yourself charged the amount above.

10. By clicking on this agreement, you're entering a legal contract upholdable in a court of law to abide by the conditions of this site, and agree to pay Dionysus Media LLC the rated amount per letter if you at any point violate this contract, regardless of ability to pay.

11. You fully understand that I was sired by a scorpion and raised by pit vipers, am a trained legal counsel, and have the full ability to pursue legal action against you should you violate this agreement.

By clicking "I Agree", you fully accept the terms of this binding contract, accepting full fiscal responsibility for any misuse of the intellectual property contained within, and will agree to abide by these terms and conditions, upholding this contract in a court of law.
